Founded in 2009, DUFF currently runs the largest Ultimate Frisbee leagues in southern Sydney. Convenient from the Sydney city, CBD, Eastern Suburbs and several universities, DUFF hosts a mixed-gender league in Moore Park on Monday evenings in spring/summer that is perfect for newcomers and more experienced players alike. On Tuesday nights we run a more advanced league simply called "Run Hard".
From winter 2013 we have also been running a popular mixed league on Monday nights in Redfern.
From 2011-2013 the DUFF men's team represented the league at interstate tournaments and a mixed team has just started. DUFF is all about learning to play Ultimate, improving our skills, meeting new people and making new friends - on and off the field.
